St William – Bethnal Green

About This Project

📆Since 2023, we’ve been on-site at the historic former Marian Place gas storage site in Bethnal Green, working tirelessly to pave the way for its transformation into a vibrant community hub.

The team have taken a few pictures for you all to see how amazingly things are progressing. 📸

👷‍♂️As the provider of infrastructure works for this monumental project, we’ve been the backbone supporting all other contractors, ensuring that essential utilities like electrical and water are seamlessly supplied to enable the development to progress. From internal lighting and power supplies for all the trades, to the multiple tower cranes and hoists that the team require for on site working with our valued client.

We’re also proud to say that we’re once more bringing our sustainability ethos to the forefront by installing energy-efficient smart lights throughout the entire project. 💡

Regent’s View, an innovative regeneration project in the heart of Bethnal Green, the project will open-up a stretch of Regent’s Canal that has been inaccessible for over 150 years and create 1.75 acres of new public space, including a children’s play area and natural habitats for both people and wildlife to enjoy.
• Delivering 555 new homes with 3 acres of open space 🏡
• Exceptional residents facilities 🛒
• 100m of canal frontage 🚣‍♂️
• City and Canary Wharf facing views 🌄
• Travel to the city in just 3 minutes on the Central line 🚇

A joint venture between @Berkeley Group St William and the @National Grid, the project is designed by the award-winning architects @Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners’ (RSHP).

Our thanks to our incredible team at McAuliffe Site Services. From our Contracts Managers @Lee Butt and our Operations Director @Gary Bullamore and Senior Estimator Tim Evans, their dedication and expertise has been invaluable. Also the site team Joshua and Jack the guys on site getting the works done.👏

We are so proud to be a part of “Regent’s View Crowned World’s Best Future Residential Project” at The World Architecture Festival
