About This Project

We are thrilled to announce the final phase of works is being undertaken currently by the MSS team of the two latest phases – 5E and 5J at the iconic development at Kidbrooke Village!

We are proud to be a trusted partner for Berkeley Group Plc, providing comprehensive power and water distribution across multiple phases of this world class development. We have been involved with this project now for over eight years working across multiple phases. From site transformers powering tower cranes and hoists to site lighting and welfare facilities, the MSS team ensures seamless operations.

Kidbrooke Village is a ⭐shining ⭐example of sustainable urban regeneration, transforming the former Ferrier Estate into a vibrant, close-knit community. This ambitious 20-year project spans 270 acres and will ultimately deliver 4,882 mixed-tenure homes, green open spaces, and a new village centre. Not only does it provide housing, but it also fosters a thriving community with shops, schools, and integrated play spaces, all set in 86 acres of beautiful parkland.

McAuliffe Site Services are thrilled to announce that we will be continuing to support this outstanding development; having been awarded the chance to provide a bespoke site temporary package for Phase F. 🤩
