About This Project

McAuliffe Site Services has been thrilled to be a part of the development of Brent Cross Town by providing 𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 for Galliford Try’s latest Build-to-Rent (BtR) residential project.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:
🚧 Part of the 180-acre Brent Cross Town regeneration scheme.
🏗️ Delivered in partnership by Barnet Council and Related Argent.

𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:
👷‍♀️ Creation of 249 new homes for private rent across three blocks.
🚧 Part of a broader vision to create nearly 7,000 new homes, three million square feet of office space, a high street, and schools.
🌳 Surrounded by 50 acres of parks and playing fields.

𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀:
🌱 Targeting net zero carbon emissions by 2030.
🚧 Utilise offsite manufacturing to reduce construction waste and embodied carbon.
🔥 Features a low-carbon district heating and cooling network in partnership with European energy company Vattenfall.
