Wates: Church End

About This Project

🤩We are excited to be working with Wates on the development of Church End in Brent!

🏠The development will include creation 99 new council homes in Church End, which is set to help transform the area. As part of this regeneration scheme, there will be a new market square and a range of shops at the site where a car park once stood.

⚡The £30m project is part of the council’s Masterplan for Church End. By 2041, the aim is to
•       Provide 1,300 new homes
•       Create hundreds of new employment and training opportunities
•       An improved infrastructure.

🏗️ We are working alongside Getjar who have been tasked by Wates with the construction and development of the site.

We are proud to be providing essential site services:- both electrical and mechanical to allow the build to progress.

There are currently two tower cranes erected, along with the sitewide power and water supplies.

👷‍♂️The team have been installing site lighting, power and preparing for the next phase in this amazing development.
